Welcome to the Friends of Willowcroft Page 

We are a friendly group of parents, teachers and friends of Willowcroft school, who organise and run a number of events and activities for the whole school and their families to take part in. Money raised at these events provides valuable funding for equipment and anything else on the school's wish list. We are always looking for volunteers to join us. You can give as much or as little time as you like, every little helps. The more helpers we have, the more money we can raise for the school!

Last academic year, we were given a big target of raising £8000 for updating the school's playground. We did amazing with the support of Willowcroft Parents and Carers as well as a grant from South Oxfordshire Council which meant that we reached our target in October 2023. Throughout the rest of the academic year we have continued to fundraise for further improvements to the school playing fields as well as raising £1400 for new books for the school Library 

Each year we aim to raise money towards the following items: 

Christmas Pantomime 

Christmas crackers for every child to have with Christmas lunch 

Christmas trees 

Sports Day Lollies 

Leavers Hoodies 

Over new target for this academic year is to raise money for computing within the school. This will include updating and increasing the number of Chromebooks available for the children to use whilst in school.

Setting up Uniformerly account

Go to https://uniformerly.co.uk/
Click on 3 lines on top left corner (menu) and chose “I’m a parent”
Click Register now and register for an account (make sure you select Willowcroft School from the drop down menu)
Once registered, you will get an email to activate your account.
Once activated, go back to the home page, click on menu and then login
Once logged in, you can select My School from the menu and you will be able to see all the items for sale

Other information:

Payments are made via Paypal
Once purchases have been made, a PTA member will sort it out on Fridays so please allow a few days to receive it, if ordering earlier in the week.
We will aim to send your order home with your child, however if you do not receive it after a few days, can you please first check with the school office and if its not there, email the PTA on ptawillowcroft@gmail.com
