Young Voices at Resorts World Birmingham 28th February 2025

We are very excited to be attending Young Voices in February 2025 once again. We have set up a choir and rehearsals will take place on a Monday after school with Mrs Brown and Mrs Doy. In order to take part you must have signed up for choir. It will be £30 for Terms 1 and 2 and this will pay entrance to the event and the coach. 

This year is slightly different as you will be buying your t-shirts and tickets directly on the YV page. Your log in has been sent via Class Dojo. This is where you will also find this years music. If you are struggling to sing up, please see Mrs Brown. You have the option to buy a t-shirt pack or wear a plain white t-shirt. The pack does come with a torch which the children love.

We will leave school at 11:00am. The day will look like this - 

1.30pm - Venue doors and YV Registration Desk opens.

2.15pm - 5.00pm - Rehearsals start prompt after rehearsals school will have a break and need to return to their seats by 6.30pm. 

7.00pm - 8.45pm - Your Young Voices Concert

We try to offer the option of mini bus travel to the event at around 3:30pm on the day. More information to follow.

Oxfordshire Dance Festival (date tbc)

The Oxfordshire Dance festival is back and we are pleased to announce we will be attending once again. Miss Butcher will be running a dance club exclusively for this event. You can join the club on ParentPay and the cost will be £24 for Term 1 and 2. This will pay for entrance to the event, props and travel.

Miss Butcher will run her club after school. She is a very talented dance teacher so I know the children will put on quite the performance.
